  • What material do you use for framing?
    We use 300 GSM art board paper. We use the best inks to print your designs on the posters in HD quality. Our framed posters come with a acrylic front and a medium-density fibre wood back. It is covered by a 1-inch thick black frame to give the perfect look and protection.
  • Does framed poster are ready to hang?
    Yes, just hang it.
  • What poster sizes do you have?
    We have option of A3 and A4 size.
  • Do I need to create an account to shop at your online store?
    No, you do not need to create an account to shop with us. You can make a purchase using our Guest Checkout. However, by creating an online account you can: Check out faster Update and save your details Review past orders Save and view your Wishlist Be informed about sales and special offers
  • The item I wanted is now sold out.
    If something you love is no longer in stock, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to see if the item is available to purchase in any of our other stores.
  • How can I cancel, If something wrong with my order?"
    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately within 1 hour and once your order is processed, we will be unable to make any changes to it.
  • Can I add another item to an order i just placed?
    No, can't add items to an existing order.
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    On Posterbaaz store you get the widest range of payment options. We support Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT, IMPS, Paytm and other wallets, UPI via BHIM UPI , Google Pay, PhonePe etc. All payments are done in the name of Royal Rajputana Inc (Parent Company) Currently we do not offer COD (Cash On Delivery).
  • I’m not sure if my payment went through, how can I check?"
    If the order confirmation page appeared after your payment and you received an order confirmation email then your payment has gone through. If you’re still unsure, please contact your bank for further information.
  • How long does delivery take?
    All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving them. Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days. Due to COVID-19, there can be delay in order processing and delivery.
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    No, currently we do not accept international orders.
  • Which courier companies do you use to ship the orders?
    We ship all your orders through Delhivery, FedEx, Ecom Express, BlueDart and India Speed post.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer free shipping across India for prepaid orders with order values greater than Rs. 499 and a charge of Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 499.
  • If there is a problem with my order who do I contact?
    If there is a problem with your online order, please contact us straightaway with your contact details and we will follow up as soon as possible. Please include as much detail as possible and your order number so we can investigate promptly.
  • Will I receive my entire order in a single package?
    It depends on the type/combination of products that you have ordered. We have different vendors for different products so your order might reach you in different packages.
  • How can I track an order?
    Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation mail and we will notify you again via email with the Tracking ID once the order is shipped. You can track your order using the same.
  • What is your return & exchange policy?
    At Royal Rajputana Inc, we strive to make your purchase a great experience and all orders are processed with due care to avoid any inconvenience to you. However due to unforeseen reasons, items can arrive damaged. For that we offer a 7 day return or exchange policy. However, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions- In the case if you have received misprinted, damaged, defective or incorrect items. P.S.: No return or exchange is offered on posters or phone cases if they are delivered under good conditions.
  • I have received a wrong / defective product. What options do I have?
    In case the shipment is applicable for returns or exchanges as per point 1, you can go for either option: Exchange the goods for an alternative. Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
  • I have received a wrong / defective product. How do I proceed?
    Please send us images of the product to care@royalrajputana.in and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you at the earliest. We will do quality control check to ensure that it is a genuine issue rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and once we have received the product, we will issue a replacement/ refund.
  • Have you received my returned goods?
    We’ll send you an email letting you know as soon as we have processed your refund. If you haven’t received this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please contact us.
  • How long will it take to process my return?
    Your return will be processed within 7-8 business days once we receive your package.
  • Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?
    Cancellations are allowed only in case the order has not been processed. We encourage you to inform us at care@royalrajputana.in as soon as possible in case you want to cancel your order. Processed orders will not be cancelled and it will be delivered as per schedule. Refund will be processed for cancelled orders through same mode within 10 working days.
  • Cancellation by Royal Rajputana Inc.
    Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any other problem identified by us. We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you are charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account within 10 working days.
  • Why was my order cancelled?
    In the rare case that an item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation.
